El Burrito Product Recipes
MANGO SALAD TACOS

INGREDIENTS
1 12oz Chub of El Burrito SoyTaco
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups shredded lettuce, or as needed
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, heated
1 cup fresh or refrigerated mango slices
1 small green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup thin red onion slivers
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat soy taco filling as directed on package.
Stir in cilantro. Set aside.
To assemble tacos, place lettuce in center of tortillas.
Divide taco filling, mango, bell pepper, tomatoes,
and onion among tortillas. Fold tortillas in half over filling.
Serve tacos with salsa and lime wedges, if desired.
