NEATLOAF / SOYLOAF STUFFED CABBAGE
(cabbage rolls)

1 – 16 oz pkg NEATLOAF™/SOYLOAF
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup instant rice
1/2 cup catsup (or your favorite tomato sauce)
1 head cabbage

Mix one cup vegetable broth and 1/2 cup catsup.
Heat cabbage in boiling water until leaves are soft and pliable....
While cabbage is heating, mix the Neatloaf/Soyloaf, onions, rice and catsup,
roll mixture into egg sized balls.
When cabbage is soft, remove leaves and cut in 1/2 lengthwise.
Place the egg sized balls on 1/2 leaf of cabbage and roll.

Spray baking pan with vegetable spray......
Place cabbage rolls in baking pan.....
Pour the mixture of vegetable broth and catsup over cabbage rolls..
Bake @350º for 1 1/2 hours, or until cabbage is done.

Makes 12 – 14 cabbage rolls.
