Veggie Chow Mein with Soy Ground is a delicious vegan dish.
This recipe is quick and easy to follow! Now you can have your vegan Chinese dish at home, anytime!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg El Burrito SoyGround
2 pkg House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti shaped, rinsed, drained and roughly cut
1 frozen bag stir fry veggies
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. vegetable broth powder
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sesame oil- optional

DIRECTIONS

Place Tofu Shirataki in colander and rinse well with warm water.
Pat dry.
In large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and garlic.
Add veggies and cook through. Add SoyGround and Tofu Shirataki and heat until cooked through.
Mix well.
Add sugar, sea salt, sesame oil, soy sauce and vegetable broth powder. Cook another minute.
Serve warm.
